Coundon Court FC again attend the Birmingham County FA awards and pick up another County award and Regional Award. The FA rewards Richard Seedhouse for his liaison efforts in facilitating soccer coaching in the community through Coundon Court FC, its players, coaches and management committee.

Coundon Court FC's two newly formed girls teams kick off their first season of football. The Under 10's winning 3:2 at home while the U11's lost 4:1 both games were against Leamington Lions.

Coundon Court FC are approached by successful open age ladies team Bilton Ajax in a bid to rename them and play under the Coundon Court FC club name. Coundon Court FC brings forward plans to form their own open age ladies team and welcome them into the club.

The FA approaches Coundon Court FC to provide players for an official FA goalkeeping coaching DVD. Coundon Court FC Under 10's along with a couple of invited Goalkeepers are proudly filmed at Warwick University being coached by Andy Poole the FA's regional coaching development officer. The DVD is to be released at the end of the year.

Coundon Court FC in conjunction with Coundon Court School and Youth Club provide a Junior Football Organiser course for 20 young players and coaches held over 5 evenings. The course combines both practical end theoretical work on how to coach young players safely and effectively.

Coundon Court FC begin the first of five free of charge feeder school coaching sessions at all of the feeder primary schools to Coundon Court School as part of its links with the schools. The sessions are held at Hollyfast, Allesley, Coundon, Keresley and Moseley Primary schools.

A 6-week Birmingham County FA Goalkeeping course begins at Coundon Court FC with coaches from the club being given the chance to work alongside highly qualified and experienced FA coaches.

Coundon Court FC in partnership with Birmingham County FA and Coventry City Ladies provide an after school soccer coaching scheme lasting 5 weeks which aims to give girls an exit route into Saturday league football playing for Coundon Court FC. Coundon Court FC hopes to form both a new U10 and U11 girls' team for the season ahead.

Coundon Court FC U7's competing in their first ever tournament win the prestigious Hinckley tournament. They follow this up winning both the Bedworth and Haunchwood tournaments for a maximum three wins in three tournaments.

Coundon Court FC Under 15 girls our empowered by the club to apply for a Youth Opportunity Fund grant which they used to buy a fairtrade football kit and footballs for themselves and the club and also a club mascot costume to add fun to the community soccer sessions held by the club.

Coundon Court FC launches the FA Step into Sport programme which rewards young leaders for their time spent volunteering within the football coaching environment. Coundon Court FC has 6 young coaches enrolled on the initiative.

Coundon Court FC continues to promote social development of the players and coaches with a Club visit to help promote the Coventry Blades Ice Hockey Team in the “Just Say No” anti-drug campaign. T-Shirts were provided to all the players and all players and coaches were invited to a game and took part in promotional photo shoot.

Coundon Court FC's Coundon in the Community soccer coaching scheme joined forces with Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team in their promotional campaign aimed at drugs awareness. All the players received T-Shirts with the “Say no to Drugs” logo on them.

Coundon Court FC is awarded FA Charter Standard Development Club of the Year by Birmingham County FA in there first full year as a Development Club. As winners Coundon Court FC were also reviewed by the FA for the regional award going head to head with the winners of the award from all the other counties in the midlands region. Coundon Court FC were judged by the FA as the “Best” clinching the FA's Regional Charter Standard Development club of the Year Award.

Coundon Court FC's newest Under 8's team play their first game of the season in the Under 8's league. This means that this season we have formed four new teams. Coundon Court FC now has U10, U9, U8, U7 mixed teams and U15, U12 and U10 girls teams.

Coundon Court FC launches a summer football festival for girls in a bid to form the two new teams at under 10 and under 12's. The radio interview, posters and a report in the Coventry Evening Telegraph help to boost numbers and the formation of two teams becomes possible.

Coundon Court FC competes against teams from all over the UK in the finals of the Adidas Challenge. The winning team went on to represent the UK at the world Adidas challenge finals, which were held in Germany at the World Cup finals

Coundon Court FC partner Greater Warwickshire Sport in an initiative to promote girls football. Coaches from Coundon Court FC coach over 100 girls at two primary schools in Coventry along with BCFDS and GWS coaches. Coundon Court FC is to provide an exit route from school football and aim to set up two girls' teams at Under 10 and Under 12's.

Coundon Court FC under 16's take part in and win the Adidas Challenge 5 a-side tournament for the midlands region. They are now through to the national finals to be held in London on 13 th and 14 th May.

Coundon Court FC begins its first Junior Football Organisers course specifically for the Under 16's team with 10 participants from the squad. The JFO course is aimed at 14-16 year olds and is intended to produce JFO's who can coach alongside qualified coaches, specifically mini-soccer, warm ups and basic drills. It will run over 5 Saturdays.

Coundon Court FC asked by Les Howie of the FA to provide players for this years FA national coaching conference at the Ricoh Arena. Coundon Court FC and Coundon Court School provide players to participate in joint coaching session. Coundon Court FC's Third Under 7's team to come out of the community section compete in their first game beating Coundon Cockerels 2:1. A great occasion and takes the total tally of Coundon Court Teams to 5 with an Under 16's, Under 9's, Under 8's, Under 7's and an Under 14's Girls team.

Coundon Court FC hold two "Kick Racism out Of Football" community coaching football sessions where all coaches promote the "Kick it out" week by wearing the official "Kick it out" T-Shirts. Posters and badges are given to the children.  The Under 8's and Under 9's team players also receive badges and posters during their training sessions when again coaches wore the T-Shirts. Coundon Court FC apply for its second Awards for All England Grant this time the money is going towards the new Under 7's team for kit and goals but also toward coach education and the funding of the first in house Coundon Court FC level 1 coaching course.

Coundon Court FC coaches & school staff provide greater recognised learning opportunities no matter what age or ability by devising two new courses. The ‘Aspects Of Football‘– a portfolio building course is approved by the Open College Network (OCN) as a locally Accredited Course, and the ‘Aspects Of Sport' Course is approved as a Nationally Accredited Course. These courses will be used to facilitate opportunities for young people and student's to personally develop by gaining an accredited qualification in either after school or community teams / sessions. The courses have been made immediately available to Coundon Court PE Department, Youth Centre & Alice Stevens School.

Coundon Court Football Club holds it inaugural Coaching Seminar where its level 3 coaches pass on advice and help to the new managers and coaches at the club. This is seen as a great success especially the training session demonstrations and the question and answer session. Coundon Court Football Club has now introduced this as a yearly event with feedback used to improve next years event.

Coundon Court FC held their second FOC Coaching Session of 2005 at Allesley Primary School a feeder school to Coundon Court. A date is also set with feeder school, Hollyfast Primary for an FOC Coaching Session on Tuesday 21 st June. Dates are to be arranged at Whitmore Park and Coundon Junior.

Coundon Court FC and Coundon Court School are to continue to work together running more JFO courses.

Club Coaches Ian Harrison a parent of one of our newly formed under 7's players and Phil Mauchlen a senior team player successfully passed their 1 st 4 Sport Level 1 certificate in coaching football. Coundon Court FC successfully attained the two free of charge McDonalds coaching courses, one through Coundon Court FC Charter Standard Status and one through winning a BBC Radio 5 Live competition for well-organised clubs.

Coundon Court Football Club found their first Under 7's team from players attending the Community Scheme. Galliford Try construction, Wolvey provided Kit sponsorship and the team have utilised the TOPS goals and training equipment for games and coaching sessions. They win the Whitestone Football Tournament in 2004.

New senior team manager and community coach Steve Ryder successfully passed his 1 st 4 Sport Level 1 certificate in coaching football. The course was obtained free of charge through Coundon Court FC's Charter Standard Status.

Coundon Court Senior team formed the team played its first season in the Coventry and Central Warwickshire league 2003-2004 and finished runners up. Coundon Court FC successfully applied for a McDonalds Level 1 course for the manager who achieved his certificate on 20-07-03 and his Level 2 in 2004 through a council grant.

Began the first Coaching Session at Hollyfast Primary School a feeder school to Coundon Court School. We have now organised and run sessions at all five different primary schools and have made this a yearly event.

Founded Coundon Court in the Community Soccer Scheme on Saturday mornings with 6 children attending the first coaching session. We now have 30-40 children every week and have peaked during the summer of 2006 at 85 children from 5 to 8 years of age.

Coundon Court Football Club Founded with one under 14's team, work immediately begins on Club Charter Standard Status. This included the writing of the club constitution in partnership with Coundon Court Comprehensive School (headmaster) as the club was initially founded with links directly into the secondary school.
